Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of a license for the @w10k/platform command-line tool and the design library, templates and knowledge base it pulls (together, the "Platform"), sold through studio.w10k.net. By purchasing or using a license, you agree to them.
A valid license key grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform to design, build and deliver websites — for yourself and for your clients — for as long as your license is active. You keep full ownership of the individual client sites you build with it; those are yours to sell and deliver.
The Platform itself — its source, templates, design tastes and knowledge base — remains the property of w10k. You may not:
In short: build unlimited client sites with it — do not repackage the Platform and sell the Platform.
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They process your payment, handle applicable taxes and VAT, and issue your invoice. Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and are inclusive of taxes where Lemon Squeezy is required to collect them.
Because the Platform is delivered digitally and, once pulled, downloads in full to your machine, refunds are limited. You may request a refund within the window shown at checkout, provided you have not already pulled the Platform with your key. Once the Platform has been downloaded via npx @w10k/platform@latest pull, the license is considered delivered and used.
If something is genuinely broken on our side, or the Platform materially fails to work as described, email studio@w10k.net and we will make it right — a fix or a refund — regardless of the standard window.
Templates and design tastes may reference placeholder images, fonts, video and icon sets for demonstration. These are not licensed to you for production. Before you ship a client site, you are responsible for replacing placeholders with assets you own or have licensed. Fonts, stock media and icon packs remain governed by their own licenses.
An active license entitles you to platform updates via w10k update for the term of your plan. We work to keep the download service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change, pause or retire features as the Platform evolves.
The Platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and deploying the sites you build with it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, w10k's total liability arising from the Platform or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from client sites you build and deploy.
We may suspend or revoke a license that breaches these terms — in particular the redistribution and key-sharing restrictions above. Client sites you have already built and delivered are unaffected; your right to pull and update the Platform ends.
We may update these terms as the Platform changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
